Adult Activities

We have a host of scheduled  daily adult activities for you in our purpose built adventure campus. We have water sports including Kayaking, Canoeing and SUP for you to choose from. You can enter the world of survival and test your skills at bush-craft, shelter building and fire lighting. Test your mettle on our famous obstacle course. Try a bit of orienteering and problem solving. Alternatively you can get competitive on the Kombat Archery range.

Adventure Afternoon

Every afternoon from 3pm to 5pm we run our adventure programme. This is two hours of you experiencing a little bit of everything we have to offer. You’ll try your hand at find the sniper (military hide and seek), please note giggling will give away your location. You’ll work with others to build a shelter and start a fire. You’ll get the chance to give our famous obstacle course a run for its money as well as trying your hand at archery.

King or Queen for the day

Our adult birthday parties are legendary and cater from year 7 to 70. Bush craft, survival skills, kombat archery. Throw a bit of Find the Sniper into the mix and you’ll have a day to remember. You may even revert to your inner child. Our birthday parties are three hours in duration which give the party enough time to experience all of the key activities and still have enough energy for food, which can be catered.

Lords & Ladies Days

We have put our years of experience into making a perfect day for your group. It is a day of fun and bonding, whether you are a stag or hen looking for quality entertainment to give the evening a focal talking point or a group of friends that want to enjoy adult company in fun environment creating a wealth of shared experiences, this is exactly what you need. We can organise accommodation (Fota or the Kingsley) depending on your requirements.

Silver Service

We have an adventure package where you are treated as lords & ladies of the manor for the day. Your activities will be tailored to your wishes and will be provided by your very own butler (instructor). A typical day would include survival/bush-craft training, a bit of find the sniper, a water-sports tour, orienteering your way to a picnic lunch, some archery and finish with a “competitive” run through the obstacle course.

Adventure Training Day

Whether you are into endurance competitions, obstacle course races, adventure races or ultra-marathons, our instructor have it covered. You will have one to one training with one of our instructors, who will pass on their experience to you. They will advise you on training techniques and schedules, diet and nutrition and mental preparation for your upcoming event. They will also pass on the tips and tricks picked up over their many years of experience.

Bootcamp Programmes

We run a variety of boot-camp programmes throughout the year that focus on the group fitness mentality for the individual participant. Your goal is to get healthier via the medium of fitness. Our goal is to make that as much fun as possible. We use our experience to make yours as beneficial as possible. To incentivise commitment to the training programme we offer a final fun day upon completion to let others be involved in your proud moment.
