We are delighted to announce the opening of our dedicated teambuilding centre. At Fota Adventure, we have a history of successful team building. In 2018 we won Sports Business of the Year from the Irish Sports Federation. Our successful practice has evolved over time to become the back bone of many divergent sectors. Our corporate client list includes Stryker, Merck, J&J, Janssen, Pfizer, KPMG, PWC and Heineken to name but a few. Our sporting client list includes Cork, Limerick, Kerry, Dublin, Clare GAA, London Irish, Stoke, Burnley and Millwall (to name but a few more).
Corporate Experience
We have 22 acres of park land to find the best way to develop your team. We use the mine field as an ice breaker, the obstacle course as an introduction to competent communications before dividing into units in the survival area
We have used all of our experience working on Ireland’s fittest family (2 seasons) and Ultimate Hell Week (2 seasons) to create our latest weekend retreat. This challenge takes team building and leadership development to the next level, without the necessity of “Hell” ultimate or otherwise.
There also are five puzzle cabins at your disposal, the objective is to retrieve your cyplers and decode the Ogham parchment.
10 – 30 people
Your team needs you, have fun while developing your department, shift or team as a unit.
Induction is followed by disorientation. Your unit is divided and moved to the survival skills area for some tribal trading, shelter building and fire lighting.
Then we bring everyone back together to shoot arrows at each other in a form of conflict resolution before we finish managing equipment through the obstacle course.

Experience a groundbreaking approach to corporate team building incorporating Ogham, the ancient Irish script, into our escape rooms. This offers a fun and challenging activity providing a profound connection to our rich Irish heritage. Participants decipher Ogham inscriptions, fostering problem-solving skills while delving into the depths of Irish history.

3.5hrs of shared experiences in 22acres of customised woodlands.
Your staff spend their time developing their survival skills, bush craft and shelter building before relaxing into human foozball, dodgeball, Kombat Archery and finishing off with team development through overcoming the problem of delivering their cargo through the obstacle course.

Your company takes over the adventure centre for your very special day. You have our staff and facilities at your disposal. 8 different activities running at 30 min intervals, so everyone can come and go at their ease. Activities include:
Obstacle Course – Deliver “dead bob” through the obstacle course.
Human Foosball – It’s table football for humans.
Battle Royale – It’s “fortnite” in real life with nerf guns.
Find the sniper – Military hide and seek in the woods.
Falling plates – Target practice under the clock.
Kombat Archery – Hunger games with foam tipped arrows.
Survival Skills – Build a shelter, light a fire and cook a marshmallow.
Orienteering – Map reading under time pressure.
You choose how you fill the pitch with 1 of 3 options available from Active Leisure.
You choose how you eat/drink and ice cream with mobile catering trucks available to visit.
4-10 people
Pick you team, test yourself against the rest of the corporate world and post the fastest score. The top 10 make it to the final to compete for the relay trophy and amazing prizes.
