Get fit outdoors with us in 2018

The plan:

Get in shape and reach your fitness goals.

Commitment:

1 hour a day, 3 days a week for 6 weeks.

When:

0930-1030 every Mon, Wed, Fri.

Cost:

€125 for the plan or €10 per session.

Who:

Women’s class limited to 30.

Need:

Old tracksuits and old trainers.

What to expect:

Fun interaction while completing physical tasks. Obstacle course, orienteering, drills & a variety of challenges changing each day.

Outcome:

Camaraderie, total body toning, a massive sense of achievement and a foundation for healthier lifestyle.

Starts:

Monday, 8th of January at 930. meeting in the Fota Island Adventure Car Park, Fota Island Resort.

Can I try first?

Absolutely, we are running an intro hour, 930-1030 Friday January 5th.
