We have moved our school tours from Spike Island to Fota Island to meet the growing demand. Our new, purpose built facilities cater for larger class size and adds more activities while retaining the “Terry & Ken” experience. Our school package runs for four and half hours, where the pupils spend their time running through the obstacle course, playing Kombat archery, enjoying bush-craft, survival skills and find the sniper.

We have the ultimate in transition year programmes. It is obviously great fun, obstacle course, survival, bush-craft, shelter building and Kombat Archery, but its true purpose is to build bonds between the students at the start of the TY year. It creates shared experiences and a strong sense of team, from the onset. The TY package runs for four and half hours and can be tailored to include Gaisce awards, orienteering and over nights.
With the Fota Island campsite only around the corner from us, we have a full activity programme available. Our basic programme includes obstacle course, survival, bushcraft, shelter building and Kombat Archery, which runs for four and a half hours. We have additional packages that include orienteering depending on your groups requirements.

“The students enjoyed every second of their adventure. The positive effects the experience has had on their relationships with each other, team work, communication and problem solving skills are very clear to see. Ken and Terry run a tight ship! It is a very professional, safe and fun program. And to be honest from a teachers point of view very relaxing and enjoyable! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a challenging and exciting trip for TY students.”
“We took our foroige group to the Island on June 14th 2014, not knowing what to expect! They totally loved the experience. And all say they will come back again. Terry and his team were excellent and took great care of our special needs girl, she had a go at all activities and said it was the best day ever! As did they all, leaders included were very impressed, so worth the money.”
